After signing up as a member, there is no obligation to do more than update and maintain your own property details. However, only member properties that are listed in BnB4me.com that accept online payment will be preferentially listed and marketed by both by us. If you wish to accept online payments, you do so on the following understanding:

1. We charge 3.25% + VAT as a transaction charge for all credit card transactions that we process through the booking calendar. This booking calendar can be embedded within your own website and used to process online payments.
2. We charge an additional 7.75% + VAT as a marketing commission for any new customers that we bring to you. This would primarily be through BnB4me.com however, we do also work with affiliate partners to further promote your property online. The money we pay affiliates would come from the marketing commission that we charge you.
3. How your property is listed against similar properties in your category will depend upon many different factors, such as the number of independent bookings received, the number of people who visit your listing, etc. However, the most important factors will be whether or not you accept bookings online and whether you can accept instant bookings.
4. In order to pay you, we need your bank account details. These details will be securely transmitted and securely stored in accordance with the information in our privacy statement.
5. All bookings passed to you are your responsibility to fulfill.
