Ochil Villa is in Freuchie in the stunning farmland of North East Fife. There are 46 golf courses within a 20 mile radius including St Andrew?s Old Course. National Trust properties, Fife?s coastal path and the Lomond Hills are close by for those who enjoy the outdoors. Other attractions are Deep Sea World, Dabbs Equestrian Centre and The Scottish Off Road Centre.

Our B&B has two bright and airy bedrooms, one very comfortable double room and one extremely spacious family room which can sleep two adults and one child. Both have Freesat TV and welcome trays. The rooms share exclusive use of shower room and W.C. All rooms, including shower and breakfast rooms, are located on the ground floor.

We welcome cyclists and bikers for whom there is covered storage and workshop space; walkers for whom we can provide maps, packed lunches and drying facilities; families; dogs and their well behaved owners who will appreciate the secure garden. Internet access and board games are available.
Our imaginative menus have enough variety to satisfy vegetarians, vegans and carnivores alike! If the weather is kind, you will enjoy eating in our secluded garden chatting about plants, planting and gardens to visit with our knowledegable hosts.

These gardens include the fabulous CAMBO HOUSE GARDENS near St Andrews, Glamis Castle Gardens (Italian Garden, pinetum and walled garden), Dundee University Botanic Gardens (arranged geographically), Branklyn Gardens (alpines and peat-garden plants), Glendoick Gardens (azaleas and rhododendrons) Blair Castle (9 acre walled garden restored to its original Georgian design.).
