The Mournes are well served with festivals each year ranging from blues to traditional music, the Festival of Fish to the Maiden of the Mournes. Local information pack and detailed maps have been prepared for each bedroom outlining the walks and the archaeology features of the area.

Our Centre has recently been awarded the STEM award (An EU Award BS 8555 SME). It guarantees you our commitment and positive actions to reduce, reuse and recycle. It also means that we use renewable energy, run efficiently, monitor consumption and grow our herbs organically.

In our Restaurant we offer you fresh local food, and use Fair Trade Products where appropriate. We use bio degradable detergents and cleaning materials. We ask our guests to participate in our environmental policies such as water, energy saving measures, recycling and safe disposal of waste.

For guests who would prefer to cater for themselves we have a fully equipped kitchen will two microwaves, toasted sandwich makers, coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridge etc?
